What it designs.

Single crowns, molars to incisors.

Posterior and anterior crowns on prepared teeth. A front tooth can be mirrored from its partner on the other side of the arch.

Seven materials.

Zirconia high strength and translucent, lithium disilicate, resin ceramic, printed resin permanent and temporary, PMMA temporary. Each brings its own minimum wall and cement gap; you can change both.

Bridges are next.

Bridges are in development. Today every unit is designed as a single crown.

Upload two scans.

Upper and lower jaw as STL, OBJ or PLY, from any intraoral or lab scanner.
If they arrive apart or pressed into each other, OccluTrace closes them into the bite, so every crown is drawn against the real opposing teeth.

The margin in one click.

The AI traces the finish line on one prepared tooth or on every prepared tooth of the case in one go.
Every point can be dragged. The insertion direction is taken from the margin, and you can turn it.

Four crowns in about ten seconds.

Four complete crowns per tooth, fitted to the preparation, the neighbouring teeth and the opposing teeth.
All four meet the same margin, contacts and bite; they differ in anatomy. Choose a tooth and compare its four.

Finish it in a full CAD.

Build up, carve, smooth and pull with brushes sized in millimetres. Adapt the contacts to the neighbours and to the opposing teeth.
The minimum wall and the cement gap follow the material, and you can change both. Undo takes back any step.

Mill it or print it.

Export the crown as STL for your milling machine or printer, with its margin, insertion axis and material.
The files keep the names of your scans, so every case is easy to find at the mill.

Print the models.

Crown design is open to invited labs while we refine it on their real cases. Features and limits can change during early access, and we ask one thing in return: tell us when a result is off. Our team may open your crown cases to support you, and every opening is logged. The AI gives a proposal: check every crown before it goes to manufacturing.
